## Get Lean Quick
Before you continue, understand and accept this will take mental fortitude...even now you need the reminder...get your mind right...
___
## Workflow
1. **Eliminate carbs**; stick to omelets, scrambles, carne asada, ground beef
2. Prioritize hitting your **protein goal** with these foods; 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight
3. Don't worry about "how many" calories, just eat enough to hit your protein goal while keeping calories low if you training hard eat at least 1.5 to 2g per pound **(to be crystal fucking clear...if you could eat 500 calories total, for the WHOLE DAY, and still hit your protein goal, that would be the best option...but's that's impossible at least for now)**
4. Incorporate a **fasting routine** (8-Hour Window); first meal at 12PM, and last meal at 8PM (respect the window, maintain awareness)
5. **Daily cardio**; do at least 30 minutes of HIIT everyday until you hit your mark.
6. **Stay active**; find excuses to go outside or run an errand. Go for a walk with Irina and Noctis (they never say no), runs some errands, clean something out...whatever you have to do to **stay off the sofa**...the sofa is comfort...comfort leads to boredom...boredom leads to munchies...munchies lead to crunchy stuff...and you done fucked this up...staying active will keep your metabolism going...
7. **Stay hydrated**. Dehydration will cause you issues in many ways; mental fog, fatigue, especially during a cut can influence bad decisions...If you find yourself having cravings or being moody, drink some water.
8. **Sunlight**; Work to get that sunlight on your skin...evidently the sun makes rats mega horny by boosting their T-Levels, you can vouch for this yourself, don't forget the sun...
9. **Train hard**; even with the caloric deficit...don't even mention it again...push through it and try to do better than last time...no excuses...
10. **Recover**; go to bed on-time and try to get at least 6. Naps are ok if your "brain" just won't allow it. You aren't you if you are not sleeping well...
That's it. You've been [[physique#What It Looks Like|here]] before; it's not hard, you are making it hard...practice self-awareness and stick with it...you'll enjoy the achievement and you'll see it is worth the struggle.
Time to get dem' cuts boahh...
