## How to Maintain 12-13% Body Fat
It's not hard. Basically [[Get Lean Quick|just do this]], but now:
1. Eat at **maintenance**; 500 calories below if you don't do cardio for the day.
2. Eat no more than **100 carbs** per day; fruit, yogurt, rice, "bobsicles"...you get it
3. **Eat them at night** (he makes them at night!) and right before bed; they make you sleepy
4. You get **one** [[Goooodies (Cheat Meals)|cheat meal]] on Sunday; everybody wins (everybody wins? I like that...)
5. Cheat meals stop if your body fat starts going up...dial it back...steady as she goes...we're on autopilot...
