## Recovery Script
Run this when you are dragging ass...if you find yourself literally crawling on your mat, your workouts start to suck or have regressed, having a hard time focusing, easily making bad decisions, or worse...you are not having fun anymore...YOU ARE OVERTRAINED OR NOT RECOVERING WELL.

Run this script for one day, maybe two...and you'll be good:
1. Eat 500 calories **above** maintenance. Stick to the same foods you normally eat.
2. Push carbs up to 200g for the day; have them at night, right before bed so they knock you TFO...
3. Get a massage, take a hot bath, or do both
4. Move slower throughout the day. Let your body rest (light yoga or a walk with Noctis is fine).
5. Watch a chill movie like Deuce Bigalow before bed. NO INTENSE MOVIES. Remember when you watched Maverick right before bed and how intense those dreams were? You'll be tossing and turning all night flying that jet...don't do it.
6. Hit the sack on time and focus on getting a good night sleep. No electronics for an hour before bed.
7. Blue light blockers on.
Following this procedure has proven itself time and time again. Tomorrow will be a better day...you'll wake up ready and happy to train, you'll blow up a lil', and you'll likely have an incredible workout...
