## 📓 Journaling Changed My Life One of the most valuable things I have learned in life is the importance of journaling. Journaling helped keep me focused and centered on the things that are important to me. It's also helpful to look back at good times when going through rough times. Journaling helps me evaluate myself and reflect on my actions—things I did, said, or thought. I have forgiven people who have hurt me without them knowing I have forgiven them. It's even helpful when raging out. It's amazing how you can wake up the next morning to read what you wrote the night before and think, "What the fuck was I thinking?" If you are not journaling, you are not self-reflecting, and if you are not self-reflecting, you are not evaluating. If you are not evaluating, you are not improving. It's it good way to cut through the bullshit. Most of all, journaling has helped keep my goals and dreams "top of mind." Writing about my goals and dreams every night has been a game changer. Before I used to only think about my goals while I was washing my car or dropping a deuce. Not the best times to be thinking about my goals and dreams. They were only fleeting thoughts that vanished like the wind. You have to have dialog with yourself. You aren't crazy. They are crazy for not doing it. #journaling #topofmind #memorycard #self-reflect #obsidian
