All music is amazing. It's all about finding the right frequency.
Anybody that asks _why_ you like something in a **dismissive** or **judgmental** way isnβt a music loverβat least not yet...and thatβs totally cool. Walk away because debating it would be trivial and a waste of your time.
Denying or avoiding music that you truly love in your soul to appease others, is so disrespectful to the self. If they don't like it, they can git da fug out.
I attribute much of my fitness success to music and elements of yoga (stillness, meditation, awareness). Music is what kept me coming back to the mat.

Evenings are best for vibin'. You are more loose and limber toward the evenings, late night in particular. It makes it easier to be mobile and stretch further. Early morning sessions are still doable, but not as relaxing as the end of the day.
