## 🥫 Low-Carb Snacks
Keep in mind these foods *are* considered processed. "Processed" basically means real food (meats, vegetables, etc.) went through a process to make it, package it, and ensure it can sit on a shelf for awhile. Many extra ingredients are used to accomplish this and that is why you should limit them from your diet.
These foods should only be used to "get you by" or to be considered the lesser of two evils. Sometimes you want something crunchy and these foods can satiate the desire to indulge outside of your diet.
